A little note to say how pleased we were with the service you gave us. Please say thank you to Michael for the lovely relaxed trip to Heathrow on December 17th on the first leg of our trip to New Zealand, and very nice to have the same driver on our return January 23rd.

All the timings were perfect even with the horrid weather. We will certainly recommend you to all our friends and family.

Folks, I just wanted to write and thank you for your professionalism in getting my mom to and from London Heathrow. When her original travel arrangements fell through and she told me she had contacted yourselves, I admit to being a little nervous. But I should not have worried. You guys were great, especially on her return to
Worcester from LHR when there were complications at the airport causing her to be very delayed in making it through to arrivals.

As I'm currently based overseas, it's very important to know that mom has someone local in the UK she can rely on for travel assistance. My thanks to everyone involved. I'm positive when the time comes, we'll request your help again.

My aunt had a lovely holiday. Thank you for a very professional service.
